Leslie joined the entrepreneur ranks and co-founded Factory 404 in August 2016, a design and prototyping studio that delivers product design, development and small batch production of high-end apparel & soft goods, with specialization in rapid prototyping of wearable technology products developed from experimental fiber textiles. Factory 404 is member of AFFOA (Advanced Functional Fabrics of America) and has worked in partnership to design, develop and produce apparel prototypes with integrated advanced monofilaments.

Professionally, Leslie has over 20 years of product marketing and pricing experience in telecommunications, with expertise in product pricing, market segmentation, business case development and commercial strategy. Prior to co-founding Factory 404, she worked for British telecommunications company Vodafone, crafting commercial strategy for large complex services agreements with global multinationals. Leslie is a currently a contributor of the following IPC Standards Committee & Taskforce Groups: D-75A-EU E-Textiles Wearables Standards Task Group, D73A E-Textiles Printed Electronics Design Standards Task Group, D-71 E-Textiles Joining & Interconnection Techniques Subcommittee, D-70 E-Textiles Committee COVID-19 Response Community.
She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a BA in Mathematics and studied Fashion Design and Apparel Construction at Savannah College of Art and Design.

Leslie is the current Regional Technology Chair for the Southeastern Region and has been a member of the Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. since 2008.

In other civic endeavors, Leslie currently serves as a Board Member of Fashion Group International of Atlanta, volunteer for Washington University Alumni & Parents Admissions Program, and a member of the Parent Organization of Atlanta International School. Leslie resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband Frank and daughter Grace, and is an avid tennis player.
