Jaynaia Griggs is the current Southeastern Region Chief of Staff and Immediate Past Regional Protocol Chair. She has had the opportunity to represent the Sweet, Sweet Southeastern Region and the National Logistics Chair as well as the National Protocol Committee for the 2018-2020 program years. Her passion for helping people and public speaking lead her to her current position in the Southeastern Region. She is currently member of the "So nice, we did it thrice" Five Star, Greater Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter where she currently serves as the Financial Secretary. On the chapter level she has held the positions of Attire Chair and the Co-Chair of the MLK Day of Service and Black Family a day Chapter Wide committees. She previously served the region as a Leadership Assistant and member of the Regional Protocol Committee. Outside Jack and Jill her hobbies include traveling with her family and friends, community service and exposing her daughters to all the beauty that the world has to offer. Professionally, Jaynaia is a Human Resources Manager, specializing in Talent Acquisition and Retention. She has worked with organizations such as the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, North Highland Consulting and Georgia Cyber Academy.
