Tia Buckham-White founded Notre Internationale in 2011 to offer a different approach to leadership development, equity and inclusion, and executive coaching through the lens of self-awareness. She leads TeamNotre, a group of seasoned consultants, in Human Experience Management (HXM) engagements by developing strategic DEI initiatives and programmatic solutions. Her work earned Notre the Technology Association of Georgia Excellence in Diversity Leadership Award. Tia’s guidance uniquely positions clients to anticipate future trends and capitalize on business relationships. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member, has earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation, and is a candidate for the Certified Diversity Executive® credential.
