Responsible for printing a newsletter during the conference. It should include tidbits of information about each chapter. Chapters wishing to be included in the newsletter should come prepared to submit their information to the Committee Chairperson or Committee Advisor. The Regional Teen Secretary will serve as chairperson with the Regional Editor serving as advisor. The committee shall consist of one (1) representative from each chapter.
