Propose a realistic budget for all teen regional expenditures for one year based on projected funds. Shall record and report the chapters' teen contributions to Jack and Jill of America Foundation, Incorporated. The Regional Teen Treasurer will serve as chairperson of this committee with the Regional Treasurer serving as advisor. All registered chapter teen treasurers will serve on this committee.
