June 8th - June 11th for the Room Captain

June 13th for roommates listed by the Room Captain with a valid confirmation number

Due to limited registration space and hotel rooms, as well as the need for chaperone coverage, the goal of the intent form is to have chapters manage this process to select chaperones who are willing to manage several teens which will allow more teens to attend instead of adults. Chapters will need to determine who is able and committed to attend and who will room together.  (similar to Teen Conference).  It will also give the planners an indication of attendance, and ensure all who are attending are in the JJOA room block.

Submission of the form does not guarantee a registration for any individual or chapter on the form, nor does it commit anyone on the form to register.

The Chapter President and/or LTS should work with mothers and teens to select roommates as well as ensure there is adequate chaperone coverage. Also, make sure that a teen is not listed in multiple rooms, nor should any teen be rooming alone. Once complete, enter all of the rooms for the chapter online no later than May 1, 2025. If needed, neighboring chapters can work together for chaperone coverage.
