Desiree has more than 25 years of experience bringing people together and ideas to life – skillfully navigating product management and marketing assignments from start to finish in the financial services and technology industries. Currently, she is the Head of Retail Banking Product Management for Webster Bank, with responsibility for leading product management, marketing, and analytics divisions to deliver growth through deposits, lending, payments and investments solutions for consumer and small business segments.

Prior to Webster, Desiree has held product and marketing leadership roles at Fiserv, JPMorgan Chase, and Foote Cone & Belding.

Desiree serves as the Chair of the Deposits and Payments Committee of the Consumer Bankers Association and as a member of the BAI Research Executive Council. She has received the “40 Under 40” and “Champion for Celebrating Diversity” awards, both from the Fairfield County (Connecticut) Business Journal.

In her community, Desiree serves as the Chair of the Connecticut Woman’s Hall of Fame and is a Trustee and Board Development Committee Chair of the Girl Scouts of Connecticut. She is also a member and Teen Advisor in the Eastern Fairfield Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Inc. Desiree earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
