Shay B has been a beauty professional since 2004. She started as a freelance makeup artist while earning her bachelors degree from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. After graduating, she entered the beauty industry full-time. Along with freelancing for various magazines and photographers, she also built a celebrity clientele and worked with LaChae Cosmetics until 2005.
In 2006, she began a thirteen year career with M.A.C. Cosmetics where she supported artist training & development, DEI efforts, brand expansion, retail operations, and sales.
As a wife, mother of three girls, and beauty lover, she founded Shay B. Beautiful on the principle of living a beautiful life personally, socially, and professionally. This type of beauty starts from within and is left with everything and everyone you touch. That's important to her.
