Immediate Past National Vice President has been an active mother in Jack and Jillof America, Inc. For over 20 years, she has served as a two-term president of the Indianapolis chapter, a two-term Regional Member-At-Large, Past National Editor, and at the time of her tenure completion, she was the National Vice President. Her passion for service has always been an anchor for her dedication to Jack and Jill. Motivating her to bring in several chapters during her tenure as well as building the Mid-Western Region's excellence in service. A family commitment, her husband served as the Fathers Auxilliary chair, and daughters were all very active in the region, with her youngest serving as Past Nominating Teen Chair.

Professionally, Tanya Hand is a dynamic and top-performing fundraiser with experience in events, major gifts, sales and marketing, and management. Extensive experience, competitive, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
