Jackie Davis-Betserai is the sales director/owner of Jackie Davis State Farm Insurance in Canton, Michigan and co-owner of High Impact Investments real estate investment group. She is also an adjunct professor with Wayne County Community College District in Detroit, Michigan.
Recognized for her volunteer work and successful fundraising efforts, Jackie serves as a coach and mentor for several young professionals. She is 1st Vice President of Donahey Boys & Girls Club Advisory Council, a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, a member of the Project Management Institute, a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, a Life Member and an Associate Member of Jack and Jill of America Inc; and a member of the Detroit Chapter of The Moles.
Jackie is a Life Member and Silver Star of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Eta Iota Omega Chapter, where she serves as Chapter President. Jackie also serves as Chairman for the Service Builders Foundation, Inc., and she is the Great Lakes Regional Coordinator for the Alpha Kappa Alpha Educational Advancement Foundation (AKA EAF). Jackie is also a member of Triumph Church. She "graduated out" of Jack and Jill in 2011. Her young adults, David (class of 2006), Veronica, her niece (class of 2011), and Brandon (class of 2011), were all active and dedicated teens in the Ypsilanti Teen Group. Brandon also served on Regional Teen Committees.
Jackie was instrumental in developing many tools, guides, and references used for Jack and Jill's teen leadership development in the Mid-Western Region, including the Chaperone Certification training for chaperones of teens attending conferences. Jackie also helped to enhance the regional teen committee
structure and regional teen competition processes. In addition, Jackie is known for assisting regional teen officers in developing and strengthening leadership skills. Jackie is very passionate about Jack and Jill of America's mission and works, particularly the Ypsilanti Chapter.
