Elder Dorsharica A. Jefferson is an ordained Elder in the Lord’s church, Co-Founder and Teacher with Wisdom Matters, LLC, and servant for the Kingdom of God.
An unapologetic and unashamed Bible Teacher, Elder Dorsharica is a courageous, called, and appointed evangelist who loves the Lord and accepts the responsibility to compel others to Christ. With an unusual ministry of encouragement and deliverance, she boldly carries the mandate of the Gospel of Jesus Christ globally. Fully vested in the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit, Dorsharica seeks only to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ and live an integral life that brings Glory to God. Elder Dorsharica’ s ministry declaration is transformation by submission, “But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.” (Luke 22:32)
A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Washington Bible College (Lanham, MD), Elder Dorsharica holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Business Administration with Biblical Studies. She is a certified Ministry Assistant through LifeWay Ministry Executives. Elder Dorsharica is a Charter Mother, Past Chaplain, and now Associate Mother of the Far North Dallas Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
Elder Dorsharica can be found tag-team teaching three weekly devotional Bible Studies with her husband Pastor Everett on Facebook, Wisdom Matters with the Jefferson’s, aimed to educate, equip, and encourage both the churched and unchurched. Elder Dorsharica serves locally, as a teacher at One Community Church, Prosper, Texas in the Equipping Center as a Spiritual Growth Facilitator and a volunteer leader with Pastoral Care.
Professionally, Dorsharica is Team Operations Manager working with The Table Group and Healthy Leading as a champion for Organizational Health. Elder Dorsharica is a freelance writer and has several book contributions to her credit: Seven Facets of Worship: Living a Life of Worship on a High Heel, “The Executive Office”, in the Administrative Handbook of The Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship and she is currently writing Spiritual Success- Women of the Bible with Bishop Everett H. Jefferson, Sr.
Dorsharica’s greatest role is that as wife to Pastor Everett Jr., her best friend and partner in ministry for 25 years! They are the very proud parents to the joys of their lives, Everett III (affectionately called Tre) and Essence Chanél.
