Charmain Hood, LPCC decided to become a therapist, so that she could live out her passion of helping others. Charmain earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Charmain has served the community for nineteen years, eleven of which include working in the field of mental health. Charmain has practiced in Atlanta, New Orleans, and now Cincinnati, Ohio where she provides services for children, women, and men, with a special focus in trauma response and intervention, and emotional wellness. Charmain’s mission as a clinician is to connect people to their best selves so that they can thrive in life.
