Welcome to a historic new programming year!
I am excited to invite you to join us in Columbus, Ohio, as we come together for Area Workday, a time to learn, connect, grow, and reignite our passion for the mission of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated.
There could be no more fitting place to begin this historic programming year than Columbus, Ohio. In 1945, Columbus became the first chapter of our Mid-Western Region, helping to lay the foundation for the region we know and love today. Now, more than 80 years later, we return to where our regional story began, this time preparing to welcome four provisional chapters and write the next chapter of our legacy.
What a powerful full-circle moment: honoring where we started, celebrating how far we have come, and preparing for where we are going. The mothers who came before us planted the seeds. Today, it is our responsibility, and our privilege, to continue cultivating their vision so that generations of children and families will benefit from the work we do.
As we begin this historic year, I encourage every mother to come ready to engage, be inspired, and invest in the Power of Us. Whether you are a new mother learning the Jack and Jill way or a seasoned mother continuing to build your legacy, there will be something for you.
The future of our Mighty Mid-Western Region is bright, and YOU are an important part of it.
Columbus is where our Mid-Western story began. This year, it is where we gather to begin again: stronger, bigger, and more committed than ever to Leading with Heart and Leaving a Legacy.
I cannot wait to welcome you to Columbus as we kick off another extraordinary year of Leading with Heart and Leaving a Legacy!

Greetings, Mighty Mid-Western Region!
It is with so much excitement and gratitude that I welcome you to our 2026 Area Workday Clusters!
As your Mid-Western Region Teen President, I have been looking forward to the opportunity for us to come together again, not only as individual chapters, but as one Region.
This year, I have challenged our teens, our teen leaders, and our mothers to SUIT up with intention and purpose. My platform, SUITS Season 2: Shaping and Uplifting Individual Chapters Toward Success and Scholarship, is about much more than a theme or a set of initiatives. To me, SUITS represents being prepared for the opportunities in front of us and understanding that every single person has a role in making our Region stronger.
Ephesians 6:11-17 reminds us to “put on the full armor of God.” When I think about this scripture, I quickly realize how perfectly it “ties” my sentiments together. Every piece of that armor serves a different purpose, but together, it prepares us for what is ahead. I believe our Region works the same way.
Every chapter, every officer, every advisor, and most importantly, every teen is an important piece of the SUIT. Our Region is at its best when each of us are in partnership with one another - celebrating our unique talents, ideas, experiences, and voices!
That is why this year’s Area Workday theme, “Heart Strong Mission Ready”, is more than just a theme for one weekend. As you participate in workshops, meet teens from across your area, strengthen your leadership skills, and make new memories, I challenge you not to simply attend Area Workday, but to participate with purpose. Meet someone new. Speak up when you have an idea. Ask the question you are nervous to ask. Take something you learn back to your chapter. Most importantly, give yourself permission to lead.
My goal as your Teen President is not to reach the end of this program year and simply say that we had a successful year. I want us to be able to see the difference we made. I want stronger chapters, more confident teen leaders, greater connections across our eight states, and teens who know that their voice has a place in the Mighty Mid-Western Region.
Area Workday is one of our first opportunities to make that vision real.
So, Mighty Mid-Western Region, let’s have some amazing 2026 Area Workday Clusters - It’s time to SUIT UP!
