The rate for a single or double-occupancy room is $175.00 per night plus all applicable taxes (currently 12.5% state and local taxes). Guest rooms are also subject to 1% additional charge. Rates are valid April 30, 2019 through May 5, 2019. Check in is 3:00 pm and Check out is 11:00 am. All rooms are NON-SMOKING and there is complimentary WI-FI in all sleeping rooms.
A NON-REFUNDABLE one (1) night room and tax deposit is required in advance for each room reserved and will be charged immediately when reservations are confirmed. A valid credit card is required to reserve your room. An acknowledgement will be sent to the guest with the hotel information, arrival and departure dates.
You MUST be registered for the conference in order to make a room reservation. Unregistered members will be subject to room cancellation and forfeiture of their room deposit. All housing assignments are checked against the registration roster.
You must cancel your reservation before 4:00pm one (1) day prior to your arrival. To cancel your hotel accommodations, revisit your hotel confirmation email or contact Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel at 866--996-6338. Please note even if you cancel within the one (1) day period, one room night’s rate plus tax is non-refundable.
Failure to arrive on your confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit of one-night’s charge. Also, this means your reservation may be canceled.
