Mothers' Regional Conference Ad Submissions
MOTHERS' CONFERENCE SOUVENIR BOOK
The Mothers Conference souvenir book showcases outgoing REB members, includes support for candidates running for office, and provides an outline of the Conference. Every candidate and every chapter that places an ad will receive a hard copy of the Souvenir Book. All submissions must be uploaded by June 18, 2021. We will not accept submissions by mail or email. Additionally, we will not accept changes to text or photos once we have received your ad (this includes missing and corrupt files), so please review all submissions before uploading them.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note the following key requirements:
- The Mothers Conference Book finished size is 8.5”x11”
Costs and size of the ads are as follows:
|▪ Full page: $250- size 8.5”x 11”
▪ Half Page: $150- size 8.5x5”
▪ Quarter Page: $100- size 4.25”x5”
▪ Back Cover: $300-size 8.5”x11” (only one available)
▪ Inside Front Cover: $300- size 8.5’x11” (only one available) ➢ Please ensure that your ads are submitted in the proper dimensions. - All ads must fit the size specified orientation. Full-page size ads and quarter-page ads must be submitted as portrait (vertical) orientation. Half-page ads should be submitted as landscape (horizontal) orientation. Ads not sized based on the selection paid for will be shrunk to fit the space.
- Ads must be print ready and can be uploaded as JPG or PDF files.
- It is recommended that all photos used in the ad are high-resolution (hi-res). As a general rule, the larger the image file, the better it will print.
- Please review your submissions very carefully, perhaps enlisting an additional person to review. The souvenir book will not be reprinted for errors that are discovered after the review process.
FILE NAMING
All ad files must be named in the following way: “Chapter_State_LastName_FirstName_Size”. For example, a half page ad for Ida Younge would be named “Pomona_CA_Younge_Ida_half.jpg”
