Description

2021 marks the 100th anniversary of one of America’s most horrific acts of racial violence. During what is known as the Tulsa Race Massacre, Tulsa, Oklahoma’s black district of Greenwood- the epicenter of African-American business and culture- was attacked by a white mob. For a time, it was a fearful time on Black Wall Street.

Fast forward one hundred years later and  the dual pandemic of the covid pandemic and the racial pandemic has caused fear and panic to shake Wall Street again. Join this panel and hear from three top leaders in business whose professional and personal experiences have taught them to overcome their fears, be resilient, persevere and excel. They will share how you can also overcome your fears, doubts and the all too common “imposter syndrome” about entering the finance industry so that you can become the next wave of financial industry leaders charting the course for the next generation.
