Link Karen Mines Williamson, North Shore (IL) Chapter, is the Central Area Chair of Rituals, Awards and Recognition and has served in this capacity since 2019. Between 2020 and 2022, she also served as the Central Area Chair of the Disaster Preparedness and Relief committee. Prior to 2019, Link Karen served the Central Area as the Chair of Legacy, Alumnae, and Next Generation. Link Karen is a DOL and has been an active member since 1997. She has served her chapter in various appointed and elected capacities, including Facet Chair, Treasurer, Vice President and President. Link Karen is a graduate of SHLI Cohort II.

Link Karen is the proud mother of her two Heir-o-Link sons, Chase and Dylan Williamson.
