Link Gladys Gary Vaughn is the 13th National President of The Links, Incorporated and The Links Foundation, Incorporated. As the 13th National President, her theme was “Touching Tomorrow Today.” During her tenure, Link Gladys engineered two transformative measures that dramatically changed The Links culture: a 48-hour service requirement and a binding Code of Ethics. She also instituted Scott-Hawkins Leadership Institute, developed the Leadership Institute for Chapter Officers.

Link Gladys was the Charter President for the Potomac (VA) Chapter.
