Link Lizzie Ngwenya-Scoburgh is a Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Cincinnati. Originally from South Africa and Eswatini (formally Swaziland) she is a native speaker of Zulu, SiSwati and Xhosa. She serves as the Board Chair of Swazi SHEROES, a non-profit organization dedicated to economically empowering women in Eswatini. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a Mindfulness Facilitator, and certified in Yoga and Social Emotional Learning. Her research focuses on cultural competency, workforce well-being, and community engagement.

She is a member of the Cincinnati (OH) Chapter and serves as the Central Area International Trends and Services, Chair.
