Link Norma A. Juma is the co-chair of International Trends and Services at the Topeka (KS) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. She is a Kenyan American and passionate community advocate, she has led several transformative international initiatives since 2017, including enterprise training for young mothers, agribusiness projects, educational support in Kenya, and global mentorship. Under her leadership, as the ITS Facet Chair, the Topeka (KS) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated has improved student outcomes, delivered vital resources, and empowered underserved communities through service and international engagement.
