Link Winifred L. Green, Ed.D. - Has 30+ years in education and educational leadership. She is the Principal/Director of the Early Middle Colleges, Dual Enrollment, College Partnerships, and Career and Technical Education Programs - Dearborn Public Schools/Henry Ford College-Dearborn, Michigan. Link Winifred has been a member of the Oakland County (MI) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated for 18 years where she has served as Recording Secretary, Vice-President, President, and as the Lead and Chair of various Facets and Committees. Prior to her role as the Central Area Organizational Effectiveness Chair, she served as the Central Area HBCU Committee Chair from 2019-2023.
