Link Janice M. Garnett, a proud member of The Omaha (NE) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, has dedicated 27 years to the organization. At the chapter level, she held varied elected positions, including Chapter President. She has served on the Central Area Board, most recently as Area Program Coordinator, and in 2023 was appointed Assistant National Director, Programs.

With a 30-year tenure in Omaha Public Schools, she held leadership roles, including Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. Additionally, she was a faculty member at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is deeply engaged in her community, serving on boards and earning numerous awards and recognitions.

She and her husband, Lawrence Garnett, live in Omaha, Nebraska, and share one adult daughter, Brittani.
