Link Denise Comer Dillard is a member of the Northern Indiana (IN) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, where she serves as the Chapter Black K.A.R.E. Co-Coordinator. A trusted and respected public transit leader and longtime community advocate, she brings deep experience in civic and community engagement.
