Link Margot James Copeland is the 15th National President of the The Links, Incorporated and The Links Foundation, Incorporated. She is also the 15th Central Area Director of The Links, Incorporated. As the 15th National President, her theme was “Leading with Excellence Serving with Grace.” During her tenure, Link Margot established four new initiatives in support of historically Black colleges and universities, increased emphasis on programming and philanthropy and completed the renovation and occupancy of National Headquarters to name a few. Link Margot served on various boards and has been involved in transformative philanthropy and community engagement. She retired in June 2019 after 18 years as chair and CEO of KeyBank Foundation.

Link Margot was inducted into the Cleveland (OH) Chapter in 192 and there are three generations of Links in her family.
