Link Vicki Hill Brooks has been a dedicated member of the Lake Shore (IL) Chapter since 2003. She served on the national level as Co-Director of National Programs and on the National Conference Planning and Services to Youth Committees. In the Central Area, she served as Co-Program Coordinator and Area Services to Youth Chair. In her chapter she has served as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Parliamentarian. She currently serves as the Central Area Archivist.
After retiring from Corporate America, Link Vicki taught Entrepreneurship at the University of Illinois. She is now a Registered Parliamentarian and a Certified Life Coach.
