Link Monica B. Allen served as the 20th Central Area Director of The Links, Incorporated. Under her leadership, the Central Area implemented Project L.I.T.E. (Links Increase Technology through Education), an impactful program designed to foster diversity in technology by providing exposure to STEAM and coding for youth. During Link Monica’s tenure as Central Area Director, the HBCYOU campaign raised over $395,000 to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and the GREEN Basket Project addresses food insecurity by educating communities on nutrition and healthy living. Link Monica currently serves as Co-Chair of New Chapter Establishment.

Link Monica’s commitment to service is further exemplified through her collaboration with the National Wildlife Federation, where she has played a pivotal role in promoting STEM education and environmental stewardship among minority youth.
