We will lay out the steps for completing a successful strategic plan, provide the road map for effective chapter operations, and review powerful programming. Chapters will learn key processes to developing an intentional, engaging and member supported plan. Participants will chart their chapter’s trajectory while remaining aligned with national goals, priorities and organizational outcomes
